Role description
The Change Partners are working with a tier 1 Consumer brand who are looking for a DTC Platform Manager to join their team on an intial 12 month FTC. In this role, alongside the existing Platform Management Team, you'll be an integral part of the Marketing Digital Transformation Team. You will work closely with web platform managers, global and local brand managers, CRM, paid media, ecommerce, and creative teams. The successful candidate will assist brand teams in managing their brand websites, localisations, web projects, and market requests. The role aims to increase efficiency and accelerate time to market for the brand's web and digital projects. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day CMS duties in alignment with brand and market teams. • Manage development for multiple projects. • Manage multiple localisation projects for brand websites, working closely with markets and delivery teams. • Partner with technical and development teams for updates to the website. • Work with brand teams to execute the website element of brand campaigns. • Scope projects when needed, including developing timelines and resources. • Report project status back to brand teams and project owners. • Manage risks and issues. • Work closely with brand teams, technical delivery teams, and markets to ensure high-quality execution. • Own the project delivery lifecycle from end to end. • Produce documentation, such as project plans and functional specifications. Skills & Experience • Significant previous experience in planning, initiating, running, and delivering multiple website projects simultaneously. • An understanding of website builds and management through CMS Platforms. • An understanding of the project lifecycle and methodologies (SCRUM, Agile). • A good understanding of web and mobile technologies, with exposure to running CMS-related projects. • Methodical and highly organised Please apply for further information.
