Our client, a UK based Advertising Agency, is on a mission to revolutionise lead generation and growth. In a stage of rapid scaling, they're looking for a talented PPC Manager / Google Ads Specialist to join our team remotely, working side-by-side with the existing team and C-Level.

Job Role:
• Creating, managing, and optimising high-performing Google Ads campaigns, across a variety of client industries.
• Analysing performance data to deliver actionable insights and drive measurable growth.
• Collaborating directly with clients to craft strategies that actually move the needle.
• Managing budgets strategically to maximise ROI and scale profitable campaigns.
• Staying ahead of industry trends, tools, and tactics to keep us at the cutting edge.
• Reporting on KPIs and results to clients and the internal team.
• Contributing to strategic planning sessions to align PPC with broader marketing and e-commerce goals.
Requirements:
• 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns in an agency environment. We are open lead generation, e-commerce or B2B experience.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results and scaling accounts profitably.
• Sharp analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into winning strategies.
• Confidence using Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related tools.
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Collaborative, fast-paced working style.
• A genuine passion for digital marketing, e-commerce, and growth.
