This well-established UK brand operates at scale across retail and healthcare, with a strong digital footprint and ambitious growth plans. Known for its customer-first approach and innovative marketing strategies, the business is investing heavily in performance media to drive acquisition, engagement, and ROI across multiple channels.
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a seasoned PPC contractor to join the team on a 6 month FTC. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-budget environments, understands the nuances of retail and eCommerce, and can balance strategic oversight with hands-on campaign execution.
Youβll be working alongside internal stakeholders and agency partners to optimise paid media performance, shape campaign strategy, and deliver measurable results across search, shopping, and social channels.
What Youβll Be Doingβ¦
β’ Leading the execution and optimisation of PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, and paid social platforms
β’ Managing large-scale budgets and ensuring efficient media spend across multiple product categories
β’ Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to align on campaign goals and performance metrics
β’ Providing strategic input on audience targeting, creative testing, and funnel optimisation
β’ Reporting on campaign performance and feeding insights back to senior stakeholders
β’ Supporting the development of automation and measurement frameworks to improve efficiency
What Weβre Looking Forβ¦
β’ Proven experience managing high-budget paid media campaigns in a retail or eCommerce setting
β’ Strong hands-on skills across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other key platforms
β’ Ability to lead client relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and product teams
β’ Comfortable working independently and delivering results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
β’ Experience with campaign reporting, budget forecasting, and performance analysis
β’ Bonus points for experience in healthcare, wellness, or regulated sectors
