Senior PPC Executive – Travel Brand (Manchester, Hybrid)
Full-Time | Permanent | In-House Role
A well-established travel brand is looking for a hands-on Senior PPC Executive to join their in-house marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with agency experience who wants to take greater ownership of strategy and results within a collaborative, high-performing environment.
The Role
You’ll manage multi-region paid search campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display & Demand Gen), supporting lead generation and commercial goals in the UK, US, EU, Canada, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end management of Google Ads campaigns: strategy, copy, bidding, and reporting
• Own account structure, budget pacing, and campaign optimisation
• Use smart bidding strategies and A/B testing to drive performance
• Align paid activity with seasonal campaigns, creative, and landing pages
• Ensure accurate tracking (GA4, UTM tagging, event tracking)
• Report on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) via Looker Studio and ad platforms
• Connect search performance to real business outcomes via GA4 and CRM analytics
• Share regular insights and recommendations with the wider marketing team
About You
• 2–3+ years in paid media, with hands-on Google Ads
• Strong track record optimising multi-region campaigns
• Confident using GA4 and reporting tools to surface insights
• Analytical, detail-focused, and organised
• Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally
• Passion for digital marketing and an interest in premium travel
