About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Paid Media team here at Confused.com as a PPC Manager for a 14 Month Fixed Term Contract. This role is perfect for somebody that has strong experience with Paid Search and wants to join an environment that will continue to develop your experience managing paid media campaigns, working in an experienced and dynamic team.
You'll be responsible for management of paid search campaigns, ensuring profitable results and growth, as well as owning and driving key projects and initiatives. This is a highly visible role with significant impact on a large scale digital media account.
What You'll Be Doing
• Managing paid media campaigns on nationally recognised brands with full autonomy and ownership of performance
• Owning strategy, execution and success of paid media campaigns – you won’t just talk about your dreams of brilliantly built campaigns, you will execute on them
• Directly managing or indirectly mentoring and developing others on the team - driving results through others, and helping upskill the team
• Cross team collaboration and stakeholder management with areas such as finance, commercial, product and other marketing teams for the accounts you own
• Managing longer term projects that can span multiple teams, with the aim of making step change improvements to performance vs. incremental optimisations
• Delivering data & profitability analysis, making and implementing recommendations for improving campaign performance
What We're Looking For
• Experience managing scaled paid search accounts
• An analytical approach with the ability to use data to build strategies, evaluate success, and monitor performance
• Demonstrated success in developing, launching, and scaling campaigns to optimise performance in a fast paced environment
• Ability to deliver on key responsibilities with a high degree of autonomy
• An experienced user of Google Ads, Bing Ads,Google Analytics and Looker Studio
• Experience working within Spreadsheets, Tableau, Dashboards, BigQuery, or SQL
• Knowledge of the latest paid search industry trends
