PPC Manager Location: Bolton HQ - Hybrid Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (4-day week!) The Role We’re looking for a PPC Manager who lives and breathes performance marketing. You’ll own strategy and execution across paid search (Google, Meta), shopping, and YouTube campaigns, helping our clients grow profitably and predictably. You'll work closely with our Performance Director, Creative, and Data teams – managing campaigns for a variety of sectors including automotive, eCommerce, tech, and consumer services. What You'll Do • Plan, launch, and optimise high-performance PPC campaigns • Own daily budget management, bid strategies, and testing roadmaps • Use GA4, Google Ads, and other platforms to report, analyse, and improve ROI • Work with creative teams to produce high-converting ad copy and assets • Build strong client relationships and confidently present results and strategies • Stay ahead of Google Ads updates, platform changes, and trends • Collaborate on our in-house brand Sell My Ride and other internal projects What You’ll Need • 3+ years’ experience managing PPC campaigns (agency or in-house) • Proven track record of delivering results across multiple accounts • Strong analytical skills – comfortable working with data and dashboards • Confidence with GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, Looker Studio • Bonus: Experience with Meta, YouTube Ads, and Shopping Feeds • Big energy, big ideas, and the drive to push performance to the next level Perks & Culture • 4-day work week (Mon–Thurs, 8am–6pm) • Annual team trips abroad (passport required!) • Team bonding days • Work with an elite team of FTSE 100/250 experience • A growing roster of amazing clients • The chance to help grow and shape Sell My Ride, our in-house brand • Space to grow: training, mentorship, leadership opportunities • Remote-first, but always connected This Is for You If... • You’re a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments • You’re hungry to make an impact and lead accounts end-to-end • You want to be part of something exciting — not just clock in and out • You love performance marketing, and you're ready to level up
