At Gorilla Marketing, we’re not your typical agency. We blend creativity with razor-sharp performance to help businesses scale through SEO and PPC. Right now, we’re scaling ourselves — and that means we’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist who’s ready to dive into the thick of it.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll be trusted to run paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta from start to finish. We’re talking everything from crafting compelling copy, briefing landing pages, and building campaigns, to daily optimisations and performance deep-dives.

What You'll Do
This is not a role where you’ll be stuck in the shadows. You’ll be part of a team that actually values your ideas, trusts your judgment, and gives you real ownership of accounts.
• Plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
• Write clear, conversion-focused ad copy that resonates with real people
• Brief landing pages that align with campaign goals (no design work required)
• Manage monthly ad budgets ranging from £2,000 to £60,000 across multiple clients
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and regular split testing
• Monitor and optimise campaigns daily to improve CPC, CTR, lead quality, and ROAS
• Be the point of contact for your clients — own the relationship, lead performance reviews, and proactively communicate results and recommendations
• Get involved in brainstorming strategy, campaign direction, and new ideas alongside the Head of Paid
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices — and share that knowledge with the team
What We're Looking For
We're not looking for someone to tick boxes — we want someone who gets it, and who’s genuinely excited about paid media.
• At least 5 years’ hands-on experience running Google and/or Meta campaigns
• Proven success with lead generation campaigns
• Google Ads certification is essential; Meta Blueprint is nice to have
• Comfortable with GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager
• Skilled in keyword strategy, campaign structure, and creative testing
• Excellent written and verbal communication — you’ll be client-facing
• Able to manage multiple accounts, prioritise tasks, and hit deadlines without needing hand-holding
• Confident in discussing performance metrics and suggesting improvements
• Strategic thinking is a bonus — we’ll listen if you’ve got ideas that could drive better results
