A multi-award-winning digital agency is hiring a Paid Media Manager to support ongoing growth across Paid Search and Paid Social. The agency has earned accolades for both campaign performance and company culture, and now seeks a hands-on Paid Media expert to join their team.
The Role
You’ll manage performance campaigns for major clients, primarily in the iGaming space, across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms. This is a strategic and executional role, with a strong emphasis on AI-led optimisation and innovation.
What You'll Be Doing
• Build, optimise, and scale Paid Search & Social campaigns
• Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Performance Max, automation platforms) to streamline workflows and improve performance
• Monitor spend and performance against KPIs, deliver actionable insights
• Manage client communication and reporting
• Collaborate with SEO, Creative, and Content teams on integrated strategies
• Stay up to date with industry and AI trends
• Mentor and support junior team members
What You'll Need
• 3+ years’ experience in paid media, ideally agency-side
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
• Solid client management, reporting, and presentation skills
• Confident using automation and AI tools in campaign management
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and contribute to wider team goals
Bonus Points For
• Experience in iGaming or B2B sectors
• Use of AI for creative (e.g. ad copy generation, landing page testing)
• Line management or mentorship experience
