We combine strategic insight with hands-on optimisation to deliver measurable results for our clients. We’re seeking a skilled PPC Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of paid media campaigns across a portfolio of ecommerce clients.
The Role
As a PPC Manager, you’ll manage and optimise paid search and paid shopping campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid media channels. You will be responsible for developing strategy, driving performance, and communicating results to clients.
This role requires a mix of hands-on campaign management, analytical ability, and strong client communication skills. You’ll split your time between working remotely and joining the team one day a week in our London office for collaboration and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage PPC strategies for ecommerce clients.
• Build and optimise paid search, shopping, display, and retargeting campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns deliver strong ROI.
• Optimise ad copy, bidding strategies, and feed management for ecommerce platforms.
• Track performance using GA4, Google Ads, Data Studio, and other analytics tools.
• Provide detailed monthly reports with insights, recommendations, and clear ROI tracking.
• Test and implement new campaign types, features, and betas across ad platforms.
• Collaborate with SEO and other marketing teams for integrated digital campaigns.
• Mentor junior team members and support wider team knowledge sharing.
About You
• Experience: 3–5+ years in PPC campaign management, ideally within an agency environment.
• Ecommerce Focus: Proven track record managing large-scale ecommerce paid campaigns.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Shopping, feed optimisation, and conversion tracking.
• Tools: Proficient with GA4, Google Ads Editor, Google Merchant Center, Tag Manager, and Data Studio (Looker Studio).
• Analytical: Strong ability to analyse data, identify trends, and act on insights.
• Creative: Able to craft compelling ad copy and test variations for maximum impact.
• Communication: Confident presenting results and strategies to clients.
• Organisation: Skilled at balancing multiple client accounts, budgets, and deadlines.
