🎯 The Role
You’ll plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns that drive measurable growth for clients. From developing strategies to analysing performance data, you’ll be hands-on in delivering exceptional results — while building strong, long-lasting client relationships.
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day PPC strategy across Google Ads, Bing, and emerging platforms
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trust and delivering strategic insights
• Optimise campaigns to hit performance KPIs and maximise ROI
• Collaborate with creative, data, and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Monitor industry trends and proactively recommend new opportunities
✅ What You Bring
• 3+ years’ PPC experience (agency-side preferred)
• Proven track record managing multi-channel PPC campaigns
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Bing, GA4, etc.
• Analytical mindset with commercial awareness
💷 Salary & Benefits
• Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE)
• Hybrid working (2–3 days in the London office)
• Clear career progression in a growing agency
• Annual bonus scheme
• Wellness perks, training budgets & regular team socials
Join a forward-thinking agency where your PPC expertise will shape client success and drive measurable growth.
If you want, I can also make a snappier, attention-grabbing LinkedIn post version of this so it performs better on social feeds. That way, you’ll attract more applicants quickly.
