As we expand our paid media division, we're looking for an experienced PPC Manager to take ownership of client campaigns and deliver best-in-class performance marketing results.
🔍 The Role
As our PPC Manager, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social platforms. You'll manage a mix of high-growth e-commerce and lead-gen clients, supported by our strategy and creative teams.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and optimise multi-channel paid media campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube)
• Develop strategies based on client goals and KPIs
• Conduct in-depth keyword and competitor research
• Create and test compelling ad copy and audience targeting
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance
• Build and manage strong relationships with clients through regular updates and insights
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and SEO/content teams to align digital efforts
• Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates
🧠 About You
• 2+ years' experience in a PPC-focused role (agency preferred)
• Proven track record managing 5- and 6-figure monthly budgets
• Confident in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Tag Manager
• Experience with e-commerce tracking (GA4/Enhanced Conversions/Google Merchant Center)
• Data-driven, analytical mindset with great attention to detail
• Client-facing with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working across multiple clients and managing competing deadlines

• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certified
