About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven PPC Manager to own and optimise our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This role requires a data-driven strategist who thrives on achieving measurable ROI, scaling campaigns, and staying ahead of the changing digital advertising landscape.
You’ll manage campaigns end-to-end—from strategy, keyword and audience targeting, ad creation, budget allocation, and bidding to performance tracking and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement paid media strategies aligned with business goals and KPIs.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviours to guide targeting and messaging.
Campaign Execution & Optimisation
• Create, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and paid social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing on creatives and ad copy.
• Optimise bidding strategies, budgets, and placements to maximise ROI.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
• Prepare detailed performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Creative Collaboration
• Work closely with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Ensure messaging and visuals are on-brand and tailored for each platform.
Platform Expertise & Innovation
• Stay updated on algorithm changes, new features, and emerging trends on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Identify opportunities for testing new ad formats, targeting methods, and growth channels.
Qualifications & Skills
• 3+ years of hands-on PPC management experience.
• Proven track record of managing significant ad budgets with measurable ROI.
• Expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics and data interpretation.
• Experience with conversion tracking, re-marketing, and pixel setup.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of engaging ad copy and visuals.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
