PPC Manager: Compensation: $75,000-$110,000 based on experience • Must be located in EST or CST • LeadVision is seeking an experienced, results-driven PPC Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone with a deep expertise in paid search, display advertising, paid social, lead generation, landing page optimization and A/B testing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a proven track record of driving results, and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. LeadVision is a digital marketing firm that specializes in lead generation for niche markets. We use inbound marketing techniques to generate sales leads for many different products and services in the B2B and B2C spaces. Some of our verticals include heavy machinery, bathroom remodeling, hot-tubs, POS systems, and more. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) • Optimize campaigns for profitability and ROI through excessive testing and strategizing. • Ability to analyze campaign data and performance to identify trends and opportunities, translating them into action items. • Continually optimize campaigns, bidding strategies, landing pages, ad copy, etc. • Collaborate with team members to optimize landing pages, improving user experience and conversion rates. • Conduct competitive analysis with tools like AdBeat, SpyFu, SEMrush, etc. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • Proven history of self-direction, independent problem solving, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including content, design, and sales to align marketing strategies and drive business growth. • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth.
