Role description
We’re working with a dynamic marketing agency who are on the lookout for a talented PPC & Paid Social Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves blending data with creativity, thrives on optimising campaigns, and wants to make a measurable impact across multiple brands. The Role: As PPC & Paid Social Manager, you’ll take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. From managing budgets and testing creative, to analysing results and driving ROI, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class paid media campaigns. Key responsibilities include: • Building and managing PPC and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and emerging platforms. • Conducting audience research, keyword planning, and competitor analysis to shape strategy. • Creating and testing ad copy, visuals, and formats to drive engagement and conversions. • Monitoring performance, reporting on KPIs, and identifying opportunities to improve ROI. What we’re looking for: • Proven experience running successful PPC and paid social campaigns across multiple channels. • Strong analytical skills with confidence using Google Analytics and other reporting tools. • A creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling copy and brief impactful visuals. • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
