Role description
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday About the Role:We are seeking a Pre-Production Coordinator to support premium, accurate, and timely product image creation for retail and ecommerce. This role collaborates across Planning/Ordering, Product Logistics, Styling, Creative, Production, Photography, and Post Production teams to ensure seamless execution from line plan to final image delivery. Responsibilities: Assist in the product image creation process, including line plan management, forecasting, and post-season recaps. Coordinate photo production with Inbound/Outbound, Production, and Post Production teams. Track products through all stages of the photo production process using inventory and asset management systems. Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and proactively solve challenges to meet seasonal readiness. Extract, compile, audit, and deliver data for reporting purposes. Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve training, efficiency, and compliance. Partner with production teams to meet Key Performance Indicator (KPI) timelines. Continually improve business performance, processes, and workflows. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 2+ years of Ecommerce Photo Studio experience with project management or production delivery. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Art, or related field. Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work across diverse teams. Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analytics skills. Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills. Flexible and able to work occasional weekends during peak demands. Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude.
