Role description
Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Principle Product Manager - Retail Media Network in Cincinnati, OH. Summary: We are seeking a senior product leader to define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our retail media platform. This role sits at the intersection of ad tech, retail, and product innovation - working across engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and merchandising teams. You will lead the development of ad products, campaign management tools, targeting capabilities, and reporting/attribution solutions that drive advertiser value and retail revenue while protecting customer experience. Requirements β€’ 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years in ad tech, martech, or retail media β€’ Experience building advertiser self-serve platforms or working in a two-sided marketplace (retailers + advertisers) β€’ Deep understanding of ad tech ecosystem (DSPs/SSPs, ad servers, bidding, attribution, identity resolution) β€’ Familiarity with first-party retail data, shopper behavior, and closed-loop measurement β€’ Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their implications on advertising β€’ Proven track record of taking products from 0?1 and scaling adoption β€’ Strong technical fluency - ability to collaborate with engineering on APIs, ad delivery systems, data pipelines, and reporting platforms β€’ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - able to align executives, merchants, and advertisers Nice To Have β€’ Experience in retail, eCommerce, or consumer-facing platforms β€’ Exposure to machine learning-driven personalization or targeting β€’ Prior work in a startup / high-growth environment β€’ Familiarity with clean room technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Habu, LiveRamp) The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
