Role description
Jiffy is the leading e-commerce platform for custom apparel fulfillment, trusted by businesses and individuals to deliver speed, quality, and flexibility. Our Jiffy Print & AI line powers on-demand personalized apparel through a growing network of print providers. We're not just looking for a manager; we're seeking a data-driven architect and a scrappy owner to be the driving force behind our customer journey. You will build the engine that turns new buyers into loyal fans and maximizes customer lifetime value (LTV). You will report to the Executive GM of Print & AI.
How You'll Make An Impact
As the Print & AI Lifecycle Manager, you will have full ownership of the strategy and hands-on execution of our multi-channel communication programs. Your mission is to move beyond batch-and-blast campaigns to deliver hyper-personalized experiences that feel like magic to our customers and drive measurable growth for the business. You will be responsible for nurturing a database of millions of customers and directly influencing multi-million dollar revenue streams.

β’ Architect & Own the Customer Journey: You won't just run campaigns; you'll design, build, and optimize the entire lifecycle engine across Email, SMS, and App Notifications to master onboarding, increase purchase frequency, and win back at-risk users
β’ Go Deep on Segmentation: Move beyond basic personas. You will be a data detective, diving into our customer data to uncover new, high-potential segments and develop bespoke communication strategies for small business owners, crafters, event organizers, and more
β’ Master Automated Flows: Own and relentlessly optimize our core automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, LTV-based VIP programs, churn prevention) to ensure they are the hardest-working assets in our marketing toolkit
β’ Lead a Culture of Experimentation: Drive a rigorous A/B testing roadmap for everything from subject lines to fundamental journey logic. You will be responsible for finding and scaling the wins that move our core KPIs
β’ Translate Data into Strategy: Go beyond reporting vanity metrics. You will analyze campaign performance, cohort behavior, and customer data to deliver actionable insights and clear recommendations to leadership, forming the business case for new initiatives

β’ A Proven Lifecycle Expert: You have 6+ years of progressive experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing, with a portfolio of successful e-commerce campaigns that drove measurable revenue and LTV growth
β’ A Klaviyo Power User: You have expert-level, hands-on proficiency with Klaviyo. You know its advanced features inside and out and can build complex segments and flows from scratch
β’ Obsessed with Data: You are highly analytical and live in the data. You have a proven track record of using segmentation (e.g., RFM, behavioral, predictive) to create targeted, high-performing campaigns
β’ A Scrappy & Agile Marketer: You have a founder's mentality and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are skilled at prioritizing for impact and can turn ideas into action quickly and efficiently
