Yoka Yo are a design, sourcing and production company based in the Midlands, focussing on supplying mid tier fashion companies with garments via approved factories in India, China and Bangladesh, with emphasis upon low quantities starting from 200 units.
Role Description
We are seeking a driven, self-starting B2B Sales Executive with experience in fashion private label to lead new business development across wholesale and private label accounts. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into long-term commercial relationships. You’ll work closely with production and design teams to tailor proposals for clients, driving revenue through new partnerships.
Key responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients in the fashion private label space (high street, online retailers, DTC brands).
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities and drive them through the full sales cycle — from outreach to close.
• Pitch product and service capabilities aligned to buyer needs and brand identity.
• Lead initial onboarding of clients in collaboration with design, production, and merchandising.
• Attend key industry events, trade shows, and meetings to build relationships and identify new prospects.
• Collaborate internally to tailor proposals, pricing, and product assortments.
• Track all leads, activity, and outcomes using CRM tools and sales reports.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven track record in B2B fashion sales, preferably within private label or white-label sectors.
• Strong understanding of garment development and production cycles (UK, Europe, and offshore).
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — able to work autonomously and drive results with minimal hand-holding.
• Experience selling to UK/EU retailers, e-commerce players, or supermarket groups is a strong plus.
• Able to adapt sales pitch across different market segments and brand styles.
• Comfortable with hybrid working, including travel to meet clients when needed.

• Background as a fashion buyer or account manager in wholesale/private label.
• Existing contacts within the fashion retail sector (especially womenswear).
• Experience with PLM, ERP, or sales CRM platforms.
