The Product Catalog & Design Manager will own and manage the complete Fulfill Engine product catalog, ensuring every item is accurately represented, visually compelling, and ready for our growing network of partners, suppliers, and customers. This role combines catalog operations expertise with advanced creative skills, overseeing both the onboarding of new products and the ongoing refinement of product imagery and data. In this position, you’ll lead the process of integrating new products from partners, standardizing and enriching product data, and ensuring all visual assets meet brand, partner, and technical standards. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to deliver a catalog that is both operationally efficient and visually impactful. Key Responsibilities β€’ Own and maintain the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of the Fulfill Engine product catalog. β€’ Lead the onboarding of new products from partners, ensuring smooth integration into the platform. β€’ Develop and enforce product data and imagery standards, including naming conventions, descriptions, categorization, and visual guidelines. β€’ Design, create, and edit high-quality product images to meet platform, partner, and brand requirements. β€’ Work with partners and suppliers to gather accurate product data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely updates. β€’ Implement quality control processes to identify and correct gaps or inconsistencies in data and visuals. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to optimize catalog workflows, automation tools, and integration processes. β€’ Analyze catalog performance and provide recommendations to improve discoverability, accuracy, and engagement. β€’ Serve as the internal subject matter expert on catalog structure, workflows, and design standards. Skills & Qualifications β€’ Minimum of 10 years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing creative and technical expertise. β€’ Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, including advanced product image creation and editing. β€’ Proven experience in catalog management, product data operations, or related roles in e-commerce, fulfillment, or retail. β€’ Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain high-quality data and visuals at scale. β€’ Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. β€’ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve operational and creative goals. β€’ Strong analytical skills to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements in catalog content and presentation.
