From here we produce merchandise for businesses and organisations across the globe. Totally Branded has an ambitious global growth plan and is therefore looking for a highly organised and proactive Product Co-ordinator to join our growing Product Team here in Norfolk. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development, sourcing, and management of our product range. You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth product launches, timely product updates, and accurate product information across all of our channels. Key Responsibilities • Support the Product Team in sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining supplier relationships and product collections. • Maintain and update product data, pricing, and imagery across internal systems and customer facing platforms. • Co-ordinate timelines for new product launches, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. • Work with suppliers to obtain samples, pricing, and compliance information. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams and suppliers to ensure product information is accurate and compelling for customers. • Managing product assortment, pricing, promotions and inventory to optimise category performance with continuous improvement at the core of each day. • Assist in identifying new trends and opportunities within the branded merchandise industry. • Developing and executing strategic plans for the assigned product category to drive sales and profitability. • Provide administrative support including reporting, product documentation, and tracking of product updates and pricing. • Analysing market product trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities in order to identify growth opportunities and market gaps for the business. Skills & Experience Essential: • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Confident using spreadsheets and product management tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, ERP/CRM systems). • Ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams. • Desire to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, you will want to leave your mark and make a difference. Desirable: • Previous experience in product administration, buying, or co-ordination roles. • Knowledge of the promotional products or e-commerce product management. • Creative mindset with an eye for design, branding, and product presentation. • Understanding of SEO best practices would be an advantage. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Understanding of pricing strategies, margin analysis and profitability optimisation.
