Our client is a leader in luxury kitchen and bath plumbing, appliances, and hardware, serving both retail and trade customers. With multiple showrooms and a growing ecommerce presence, they are expanding digital operations to manage a large online product catalog. Accurate, organized, and timely product data is vital to success, and that’s where you come in.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Product Data Specialist to maintain, validate, and update large product datasets across ecommerce platforms. This role involves data entry but also emphasizes accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail to ensure product information is complete, consistent, and ready for online display.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update product information, pricing, and inventory across ecommerce platforms (NetSuite, Shopify, or similar)
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of product data
• Audit product records for errors, discrepancies, or missing information
• Organize and manage large datasets in Excel or CSV files
• Collaborate with ecommerce, purchasing, and operations teams
• Develop and follow repeatable workflows for managing and validating data
Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in data entry, product data, or retail/ecommerce operations
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query, data cleaning formulas)
• Experience managing large datasets (tens of thousands to millions of SKUs)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Experience with NetSuite, Shopify, or similar ERP/ecommerce platforms is a plus
• Proficiency with PIM systems for managing datasets preferred.
