The Product Design Director will shape the end-to-end customer experience across web, app, extension, and social touchpoints, ensuring cohesive, user-centric, and impactful experiences. Accountabilities:
• Define and execute the design strategy across multiple platforms, aligning with business objectives and user needs
• Lead the creation of compelling, consistent, and high-quality user experiences across web, app, extension, and social channels
• Manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary design team across product and brand
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to prioritize opportunities, translate insights into design solutions, and ensure alignment with product and business goals
• Guide design decisions that influence engagement, behavior, retention, and habit-forming product loops
• Champion inclusive, accessible, and data-informed design practices
• Oversee and evolve the design system to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability

Requirements
• 8-10+ years of design experience, including at least 3+ years managing and mentoring designers
• Deep expertise in both product and visual design disciplines, with proven success across multiple platforms
• Strong systems thinker with operational excellence; ability to scale processes without compromising creativity
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills; able to influence at all organizational levels
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and user research/testing platforms
• Experience connecting design decisions to user needs, business metrics, and product goals
• Ability to foster a collaborative design culture, encourage experimentation, and maintain high standards of craft
• Champion for user-centricity, accessibility, and data-informed decision-making
• Preferred: experience in e-commerce, savings/rewards platforms, customer lifecycle, personalization, or CRM
