As a Product Designer, you won’t be just designing screens—you’ll be a core architect of the systems that define our user experience for millions. Why this role exists Our platform sits at the frontier of two major shifts: • The collapse of screen-based UIs into conversational, AI-augmented experiences • The re-centralization of consumer trust around verified, human-aligned knowledge We're looking for a high-craft, systems-thinking designer who can operate at the intersection of: • System design: Building interaction models that scale and self-improve • Emotional resonance: Creating interfaces that inspire confidence, joy, and agency • Strategic leverage: Designing primitives and frameworks that others build upon You’ll work directly with our founder to define the DNA of AI-native commerce. What you’ll do 🧠 Design Foundational UX Systems: Design and prototype the core user experiences for new AI-driven features, including conversational interfaces and gamification systems for our mobile apps. 🌐 Architect Critical Web Experiences: Own and refine the user experience for our most important web assets, including the key landing pages that serve as the front door to millions of users. 🎨 Drive End-to-End Design: Lead the design process for key features from initial concept through to launch, creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma. 🧩 Collaborate in our AIOS: Work within our AI-native operating system (AIOS), where your design work is a living part of our interconnected knowledge graph, directly linked to strategy and Outcomes. 🧱 Contribute to our Design System: Ensure your work is scalable, consistent, and raises the bar for our overall product quality by contributing to and leveraging our design system. What we're looking for • 2–6 years of product design experience with a portfolio of shipped, high-impact work. • A designer who thinks like a system architect, not just a stylist. • Strong visual sensibility and deep craft skills in UI/UX. • Comfort operating in a high-autonomy environment with minimal layers. • A first-principles thinker who questions defaults and invents new patterns. • Passion for AI, commerce, and how humans form trust in digital systems. Bonus if you have experience in: • Conversational UI, agent design, or AI/LLM-powered interfaces • E-commerce, marketplaces, or high-growth consumer apps • Front-end prototyping or implementation (HTML/CSS/JS) Compensation & Partnership Our compensation model is built on a simple premise: we want to attract and reward long-term partners who will build the future with us. We do this with a highly competitive cash salary, a direct share in our collective success, and meaningful equity. Target First-Year Cash Compensation $140,000 – $220,000 Profit-Sharing & Equity After 90 days, you will join our Partners Program. This provides a monthly, cash-based Profit-Sharing Bonus (PSB) tied directly to company revenue growth. It is the primary mechanism that creates founder-level incentives and aligns our core team's success with the company's success. This model has been the engine of significant wealth creation for our team; for mid-level partners, it has led to annual cash compensation in the $300,000 to $500,000 range, with our top partners achieving seven-figure outcomes. You will also receive a significant equity grant, vesting over 4 years.
