Role description
✨ Product Designer – eCommerce Wellness Platform
📍 Hybrid (London, 3 days/week in office)
We’re hiring a Product Designer to join a fast-scaling digital wellbeing brand redefining how consumers discover and engage with health products online. Backed by some of the most respected investors in the lifestyle and wellness space, this company is building a beautifully curated, personalised ecommerce experience that blends design, data, and storytelling.
You’ll help shape the next evolution of their web platform and mobile app—working across product discovery, subscription tools, conversational AI, and more. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of clean UX, scalable UI, and measurable conversion.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
• Design personalised digital experiences that guide users to what they need—and what they didn’t know they needed
• Own UX/UI across key surfaces: product discovery, PDPs, quizzes, bundles, subscriptions, and AI-led tools
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and content teams to move fast and ship high-quality work
• Contribute to the evolution of a design system that supports rapid growth and strong brand consistency
• Use data and research to validate ideas and drive performance across the user journey
🎯 What You’ll Bring:
• 2–4 years in product or UX/UI design (ideally in eCommerce, DTC, consumer tech, or health/wellbeing)
• A strong eye for layout, clarity, and conversion—plus experience owning end-to-end journeys
• Familiarity with CRO and performance optimisation across funnels
• Experience with design systems (Figma) and collaborating effectively with developers
• A proactive mindset and genuine passion for building engaging digital experiences
