Role description
A super exciting NEW opportunity has come available for an experienced Product Leader to join a global leading eCommerce Marketplace in Manchester.
Working closely with the CPO, you wiIl take the lead in experimentation and conversion on all customer facing platforms across the group. A data heavy role, you'll be given the platform to shape and enhance engagement, create best-in-class customer journeys and ultimately deliver innovative solutions that impact conversion and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
โข Own the end-to-end customer journey โ from lead generation and onboarding to engagement, retention, and growth. Identify and remove friction points in the journey to increase activation and reduce drop-offs.
โข Prioritise what matters most โ focus resources on the โbig ticketโ initiatives that reduce churn, drive efficiency, and protect net unit growth.
โข Champion the customer voice internally while balancing commercial priorities.
โข Shape digital products and processes โ ensuring onboarding tools, dashboards, and communications are intuitive and effective.
โข Experimentation & Growth - Develop and execute A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize conversion funnels, engagement, and retention. Define and implement a structured experimentation roadmap, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic bets.
โข Lead cross-functional collaboration โ influencing Growth, Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to align on strategy.
โข Measure and optimise performance with KPIs including conversion, onboarding time-to-value, NPS, churn, and revenue contribution.
Who are you?
An experienced Customer Experience Product Leader, you'll have experience/expertise in Product Management, Growth, or UX leadership roles, with a focus on experimentation, CRO, and customer experience. Plus the following:
โข Experience working within a B2C2B business model, understandinging how individual users transition into business customers.
โข Proven track record of designing, running, and analyzing experiments to drive measurable product improvements.
โข Skilled at influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct line management.
โข Data-driven thinker with analytical mindset and strategic vision, able to balance detail with big-picture goals.
โข Strong commercial acumen, confident making tough prioritisation calls and trade-offs.
โข Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams across product, design, marketing, and engineering.
โข Ability to balance short-term optimizations with long-term user experience and brand considerations.
