β’ Oversees project phasing and the prioritization and grooming of product backlogs, ensuring that features and enhancements are prioritized and delivered effectively.
β’ Improves and leads adoption of process methodologies, including helping inform meeting cadence and execution on product teams and across product management team.

β’ 1+ year in a product management leadership position and proven experience leading and mentoring others, with a focus on driving engagement and growth.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and adapting strategies to evolving business needs.
β’ Mastery of Agile methodologies and experience implementing best practices.
β’ Proficiency in product and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday, Coda).
β’ Familiarity with web and app development processes.
β’ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, including experience with behavioral analytics and A/B testing (e.g. Google Analytics, Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
Preferred:
β’ Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
