Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Product Manager to join their team! This position is located in Celebration, Florida.
Duties:
• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for technical/SaaS products and platforms, including business capabilities, UX, technical modernization, security, and compliance
• Develop strategies and features that enhance user satisfaction, engagement, retention, and revenue across the product lifecycle
• Prioritize product features and technical enhancements based on business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility
• Ensure long-term scalability, performance, and security of technical solutions
• Map user journeys for multiple personas (internal and external), identifying pain points, motivations, and channels to drive adoption and optimize experiences
• Collect, analyze, and act on feedback from analytics, customer insights, operations, and sales to improve product performance and user experience
• Partner with engineering teams to define, document, and refine technical requirements (APIs, system integrations, data pipelines, caching, configuration schemas) across multiple platforms and systems
• Create clear user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Own and manage the product backlog, setting priorities and balancing trade-offs
• Act as the primary liaison between engineering, leadership, and product managers across multiple verticals
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Partner with enterprise architects and platform teams to ensure alignment with enterprise technology strategies
• Own and monitor product KPIs, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize outcomes
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, product increment planning, daily scrums, demos, retrospectives, and ad hoc sessions
• Deliver high-quality product releases on time, balancing speed, quality, and business impact
• Facilitate post-launch analysis, identifying opportunities for iteration and improvement
• Develop resources and training materials to enable operations teams and support strong customer service
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, competitor offerings, and evolving user expectations
• Use collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.) to streamline cross-team communication and knowledge sharing
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved developer experience, including adoption of automation within CI/CD and test delivery pipelines
• Build business cases for technical investments that drive long-term enterprise value
Desired Skills/Experience:
• 5+ years of product management experience building and delivering reservation management and/or eCommerce products, services, and capabilities
• 3+ years in technical product management combined with 3+ years in engineering, data science, or analytic science
• Strong technical background with knowledge of software development, cloud platforms (AWS), containerization/orchestration, APIs and relational and/or NoSQL data architectures
• Prior experience as a software engineer, solutions architect, or technical analyst preferred
• Hands-on experience leading Agile teams, working in Scrum/Kanban, and familiarity with SAFe methodologies
• Data-driven decision maker with experience leveraging KPIs, analytics, monitoring, and alerting to guide product strategy
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences; executive-level reporting experience is a plus
• Proficiency with JIRA, SQL, API documentation tools (Postman, Swagger), cloud services, and analytics platforms
