Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Product Manager: • Lead the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for eCommerce platforms, with a focus on the Shopify Plus ecosystem. • Collaborate with technical product managers, engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to identify challenges, define solutions, and oversee product delivery from concept to launch. • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational efficiency. • Utilize strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions and optimize product performance. • Engage in agile development cycles, effectively managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills for Product Manager: • 3-5+ years of experience in product management, specifically within eCommerce platforms. • Extensive expertise with Shopify Plus, including theme customization, app integration, and API management. • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, Google Analytics, and Shopify Admin. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects. • Experience in the music and/or entertainment industries is a plus.
