Role description
Our entertainment client in NYC is seeking a Product Manager with strong consumer-facing digital product experience to lead initiatives that drive e-commerce performance and deliver seamless customer. This role bridges business strategy with UX and engineering to create digital experiences. This is not a technical backend product role β€” we’re looking for someone with client-facing or customer-facing product experience who can confidently interface with the business and advocate for the user. Responsibilities: β€’ Collaborate with business stakeholders (sales, marketing, brand, PR) to translate goals into actionable product strategies β€’ Create clear, concise Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that guide design and development β€’ Partner with UX and content teams to shape customer journeys using design thinking and north star frameworks β€’ Facilitate stakeholder alignment and present ideas clearly across legal, operations and leadership teams β€’ Prioritize features and collaborate with developers to launch high-impact experiences across digital platforms β€’ Use data and user feedback to iterate, optimize and improve digital performance β€’ Manage end-to-end delivery from discovery through launch, balancing customer needs with technical constraints Required Qualifications: β€’ 4+ years of experience in product management or strategy focused on consumer-facing digital products β€’ Strong experience working directly with business teams and translating needs into product solutions β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment β€’ Experience writing PRDs, aligning stakeholders and delivering digital products that meet KPIs β€’ Excellent communication, collaboration and storytelling skills β€’ Familiarity with UX best practices, digital sales funnels and data-driven decision making If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
