Job Title: Product Manager eCommerce (Shopify) Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid, 4 days onsite) Duration: Long-term contract Job Description: We are seeking a Product Manager with strong Shopify Plus eCommerce experience to lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for store operations. You ll work closely with technical product managers, engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to streamline store/product setup, optimize workflows, and deliver scalable solutions. Responsibilities: • Drive eCommerce product strategy & roadmap for store operations. • Manage product lifecycle: requirements gathering, backlog, roadmap, and UAT. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Shopify customizations, themes, apps, and integrations. • Analyze KPIs, optimize fulfillment & operational efficiency. • Deliver documentation, playbooks, and process improvements. Qualifications: • 3 5+ years of Product Management experience in eCommerce. • Deep Shopify Plus expertise (themes, apps, APIs, integrations). • Strong project management & agile development experience. • Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, GA, Shopify Admin. • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills. • Background in music/entertainment industry a plus.
