Job Title: Product Manager - eCommerce Location: Plano, Texas (onsite) Job-Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $100K - $120K Position Overview: The Product Manager (PM) is an individual contributor and strategic leader on the Product Development team, responsible for delivering world-class digital commerce experiences. Focused on initiatives powered by Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), this role ensures seamless, customer-centric online shopping journeys that drive growth, engagement, and conversion. Reporting to a Group Product Manager for Customer Experience, the PM partners closely with marketing, design (Dex), operations, and strategic initiatives teams to translate customer needs and business goals into scalable digital solutions. β€’ Duties & Responsibilities: β€’ Own and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for digital commerce experiences on SFCC. β€’ Translate business priorities, customer insights, and market trends into actionable features across shopping, checkout, promotions, and post-purchase. β€’ Maintain an end-to-end understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem, including architecture, data flows, and third-party integrations (e.g., Google, Facebook). β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements that improve usability, personalization, and performance across desktop and mobile. β€’ Monitor key metrics (conversion, AOV, cart abandonment, leads) using tools like Quantum Metric and Power BI, and use insights to drive prioritization and optimization. β€’ Partner with UX/UI teams to design and test intuitive customer journeys. β€’ Stay current on eCommerce best practices and platform capabilities to inform innovation and competitive differentiation. β€’ Manage product backlogs in an agile environment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. β€’ Communicate updates, risks, and trade-offs to business and technical stakeholders. β€’ Required Experience & Skills: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience. β€’ 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in eCommerce or digital retail. β€’ Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or a comparable enterprise eCommerce platform. β€’ Strong understanding of online shopping behavior, digital marketing integrations, and conversion optimization. β€’ Analytical and data-driven with experience leveraging metrics and user feedback to guide product decisions. β€’ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. β€’ Passion for creating elegant, customer-focused digital experiences at scale.
