Location: Onsite – Philadelphia, PA Pay Rate: $79/hour (W2 only) Duration: 3-month contract Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday No C2C or 1099 About the Client Swoon is partnering with a leading company in the music & entertainment industry to hire a Product Manager, eCommerce (Storefront Experience). This is a 3-month onsite contract in Philadelphia. The client is known for delivering exceptional fan experiences and driving innovation in the global music and entertainment space. Job Summary As a Product Manager, eCommerce, you will lead storefront product strategy, develop innovative Shopify Plus features, and enhance the fan shopping experience for global artists and labels. This role requires strong product management experience, a deep understanding of Shopify Plus, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. What You’ll Do Strategy & Innovation β€’ Define and execute product strategy for Storefront Experience, balancing fan-facing features with internal operational tools. β€’ Implement innovative features that improve conversion, AOV, navigation, responsiveness, and overall fan engagement. β€’ Optimize storefront themes and configuration to drive operational efficiency. β€’ Explore headless commerce, Shopify APIs, and app integrations to identify opportunities for growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration β€’ Partner with Business Analysts, UX, Technical PMs, Regional PMs, and vendors to deliver product vision. β€’ Collaborate with developers on Shopify theme enhancements, integrations, and custom app development. Requirements & Roadmap β€’ Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, customer feedback, and data insights. β€’ Translate problems into actionable product requirements and prioritize by business impact. β€’ Own the Storefront Experience roadmap, ensuring a prioritized backlog. β€’ Project & Stakeholder Management β€’ Drive eCommerce projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. β€’ Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, aligning expectations and communicating trade-offs. β€’ Manage cross-department alignment when technical constraints arise. Data, Testing & Documentation β€’ Analyze KPIs and workflows to identify optimization opportunities. β€’ Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure zero-defect releases. β€’ Produce clear documentation, playbooks, and enablement content for internal teams. Key Qualifications β€’ 3–5+ years of product management experience with a strong eCommerce background. β€’ Deep expertise with Shopify Plus: theme setup, app customization, API integrations, checkout extensibility. β€’ Proven success in agile development cycles and delivering measurable outcomes. β€’ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, Google Analytics, Shopify Admin. β€’ Experience in the music, entertainment, or fan engagement industry strongly preferred.
