Job Description POSITION TITLE: Product Manager – Loyalty/Credit Position Summary US. We are a trendy e-commerce retailer that’s not just busy selling stretchy jeans and t-shirts. We’re looking for an extremely motivated Product Manager who will be responsible for delivering incremental value and driving magical experiences as we look to build our American Eagle Loyalty/ Credit card program online and in stores. You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders to enhance the digital experience and will be empowered to solve hard problems in ways that our customers love and work for our business. You are a strategic thinker, results-oriented, and an excellent communicator. You should have a deep understanding of e-commerce and a passion to delight our customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO. (the Day To Day.) • Elevate the Loyalty program as a strategic growth driver by embedding a customer-first and omni-channel focus; unify stakeholders and establish clear accountability across Payments, Stores, Website and App to deliver a seamless, integrated experience. • You will be part of a Loyalty/ Credit POD, consisting of cross functional team members including marketing, Finance, UX, engineering, Store Operations and our third party partners. • Partner to build the Technology roadmap – this person will have a dedicated focus on bringing features to life for our customers that drive new enrollments into the program or drive shopping engagements for existing customers. • Develop and prioritize features based on customer and business value and understand the art of sequencing their delivery within an agile framework. • Collaborate with key stakeholders and the UX team to develop a growth strategy that meets and exceeds the needs of our customer. • Analyze user feedback, data, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities and enhancements. • Proactively identify opportunities and issues, work with internal partners to understand options and execute solutions. • Engage business stakeholders and partners throughout project execution to ensure deliverables align with business goals and objectives. Synthesize business requirements, identify areas of uncertainty, recommend solutions and gather buy-in from relevant stakeholders. • Define metrics of success and analyze results for all launches & A/B tests. (the Must Haves.) • Bachelor's Degree • 3+ years of experience in Product Management • 3+ years related experience in digital/ecommerce and store technologies • Preferable to have experience handling Loyalty or Credit Program • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery • Ability to partner and figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative • Ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation & planning skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team • Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects in various phases of ideation, execution, or delivery • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting • Experience with agile development • Data driven mindset and track record Pay/Benefits Information • Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. • Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may receive health care benefits (including medical, vision, and dental); wellness benefits; 401(k) retirement benefits; life and disability insurance; employee stock purchase program; paid time off; paid sick leave; and parental leave and benefits. • Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, job location, employment classification (part-time or full-time / exempt or non-exempt), and years of service.
