Role description
Travel Republic and Netflights are 2 of the B2C brands in the dnata Travel Group family, owned by the Emirates Group We're now recruiting an experienced Product Manager who has a passion for product with the desire to create great ones for our customers across both brands. This role is dedicated to the continuous improvement and strategic development of our brand websites, with a direct impact on business performance and customer satisfaction. In this role you’ll define and own the product roadmap, with a core focus on optimising our website funnels from discovery through to booking. Managing the the full product lifecycle, you’ll work closely with stakeholders from across the business, being the crucial bridge between the business and technology. You’ll have the technical understanding to collaborate effectively with IT teams and translate commercial needs into clear product requirements. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C product management, preferably within the travel sector. This role is covering a period of maternity leave for 18 months and can be based in either Leyland (Lancashire) or Kingston-upon-Thames (Surrey). Dependent on location some travel may be needed between offices (once per month). We offer hybrid working with 3 days in the office each week and 2 days remotely. To be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills, experience and qualifications: • Demonstrable Product Manager experience, preferably working in the online travel arena, but with a strong e-commerce background • Have the curiosity to understand our customers and ensure their needs are reflected in the Product Roadmap • Able to prioritise and make trade off decisions independently and in conjunction with key stakeholders • Results and outcome focussed and motivated by commercial success • Am understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Scaled Agile etc. are beneficial • A collaborative and engaging communication style, able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels across multiple locations • A data driven approach • Outstanding technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities • Able to think strategically and implement short-term and longer-term objectives • A strong work ethic with a real commitment to continuous improvement In Leyland, our bright, modern office is located 5-10 minutes drive from the M6 junctions 28 and 29.
