They are seeking an entry-level Product Manager to support and grow their Cell Surface Bio product line, blending sales operations, e-commerce management, and strategic product development.
Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee e-commerce operations by ensuring accurate product listings, addressing platform issues, processing manual orders, and ensuring accurate order handling
β’ Manage customer communication and sales support by responding to inquiries, scheduling calls, and overseeing quotes and orders for both catalog and custom antibody products
β’ Support lead generation and outreach efforts by identifying new leads through publication research and targeted outreach and email campaigns in collaboration with marketing
β’ Leverage customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to shape product strategy and uncover growth opportunities
β’ Coordinate with scientific, legal, finance, and operations teams to support timely and accurate product and project delivery
β’ Maintain internal documentation and recommend improvements to workflows and system tools
β’ Support product planning by analyzing customer feedback and contributing to pricing, positioning, and roadmap development.
Qualifications:
Required:
β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs in life sciences (PhD applicants interested in transitioning to marketing are welcome)
β’ 0β3 years of experience in product management, marketing, sales operations, or scientific commercialization
β’ Strong written and verbal communicator, able to translate technical content into market-facing strategy
β’ Comfortable using tools like e-commerce platforms, CRMs, Excel/Sheets, or basic analytics dashboards
β’ Curious, analytical, and organized, eager to manage complexity and solve customer problems
