This team serves as a Center of Excellence for experimentation and product growth, supporting product teams across our omni-channel experience (web, mobile, and in-store pickup).
As an Associate PM, the ideal candidate will own the cart, checkout, and order fulfillment domain, driving conversion rate optimization and funnel experimentation. Youβll partner closely with analytics, product, and business stakeholders to design experiments, analyze results, and shape strategic decisions that impact millions of customers.
Responsibilities:
β’ Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments at scale (Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, etc.).
β’ Focus on conversion funnel optimization, especially cart and checkout flows.
β’ Translate experiment outcomes into actionable recommendations for product teams and senior leadership.
β’ Partner with digital analytics teams to track and interpret key metrics.
β’ Use tools such as Adobe Analytics (preferred), Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
β’ Leverage data to understand user behavior, identify drop-off points, and improve customer journeys.
β’ Act as the owner of the cart, checkout, and order fulfillment experience, ensuring seamless user flows.
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams across web, mobile, and fulfillment.
β’ Contribute to the establishment of a Product Strategy Group, helping shape decisions that drive growth across the organization.
β’ Present insights and strategy to senior and executive stakeholders.
β’ Influence decision-making with a consultative, data-driven approach.
β’ Work in a high-visibility role with exposure across the product organization.
Qualifications:
β’ Proven experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and growth optimization.
β’ Track record of running large-scale ecommerce experiments (checkout, cart, or order fulfillment preferred).
β’ Strong understanding of conversion funnels and user behavior analytics.
β’ Proficiency with experimentation and analytics tools:
β’ Must-have: Adobe Analytics, Optimizely (or similar platforms).
β’ Nice-to-have: Power BI, Amplitude, Mixpanel, VWO, LaunchDarkly.
β’ Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, Data Lake); not hands-on coding, but ability to understand data flow.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
β’ A consultative mindset; comfortable working across teams and navigating organizational complexity.
