Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of product development and management experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the home improvement sector. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and practical execution, with a focus on bringing innovative products from ideation to retail. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Conduct market and trend research to assess market potential and identify consumer insights that inform the development of marketing plans for the product line. β€’ Lead the product roadmap and oversee the product development process from concept to launch. β€’ Proactively drive the growth and optimization of assigned products to ensure they meet departmental performance and profitability goals. β€’ Manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and market demands. β€’ Collaborate with Sales, Customer Marketing, and eCommerce teams to align on strategic priorities and enhance product visibility. β€’ Participate in customer meetings and presentations, providing insights and updates on product development and performance. Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. β€’ 1-5 years of experience in business or marketing, preferably within a product management or marketing role. β€’ Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of consumer packaged goods (CPG) products. β€’ Strong communication skills and comfort in customer-facing situations, including presentations and meetings. β€’ Experience working with retailers, with a focus on developing products for various retail environments.
