FinditParts is seeking a strategic, analytically driven Product Manager to lead the design and execution of new products across our Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings—including SaaS, DaaS, and eCommerce applications. This high-impact role partners across business units and customer segments to uncover insights, define new product specifications, and lead delivery in coordination with engineering and leadership. We’re especially interested in candidates who bring a strong engineering background and proven success in launching innovative SaaS or DaaS products in fast-moving environments. This position will report to the Chief Technology Officer and will engage with all operational executives across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Own the full product lifecycle—from concept to delivery—for new SaaS, DaaS, and platform tools • Project manage cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring timelines, sprint health, and quality standards • Translate product vision into detailed specs, user stories, personas, and use cases • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Ops to launch and iterate on products with high adoption and impact • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), partnering with stakeholders to report performance • Ensure product-market fit in collaboration with internal and external stake holders • Engage directly with customers to validate needs, features and prioritization Qualifications & Core Competencies • 5+ years experience in Product Management and/or Engineering within SaaS, DaaS, or eCommerce companies • Demonstrated success delivering high-quality, customer-centric software products at speed • Strong experience in Agile development environments, with a proven ability to manage engineering delivery • Background in technical product leadership, systems thinking, and cross-functional collaboration • Exceptional communicator—able to simplify complexity, rally stakeholders, and present to exec leadership • Proven record of bringing new products to market, from zero to one, including discovery and GTM strategy • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-change environment with bold ambitions • Technical background (engineering degree or hands-on dev/architecture experience) • Experience building platforms for logistics, marketplaces, or procurement • Familiarity with ACES/PIES, ERP integration, or supply chain automation tools • Experience with analytics stacks (e.g., Looker, Power BI) and roadmapping tools (Jira, Productboard, etc.)
