Senior Product Manager – Product Strategy & Vision (with Hands-on Next.js) Location: Richardson, TX About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager who can own product strategy and vision while also being comfortable getting hands-on with technology. This role is ideal for someone with strong product leadership experience who has the ability to work closely with engineering teams and can leverage a technical background, particularly in Next.js, to drive product decisions. The ideal candidate combines strategic product thinking with the ability to roll up their sleeves and prototype, validate, and communicate product ideas. Key Responsibilities • Define and drive product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with business goals. • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to inform product decisions. • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, prototypes, or proof-of-concepts (using Next.js when needed). • Prioritize features and create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Partner with engineering teams to ensure smooth execution, release management, and continuous improvement. • Measure product performance using KPIs, analytics, and user behavior insights to drive iteration. • Act as the voice of the customer while balancing technical feasibility and business priorities. Required Skills & Experience • 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in product management. • Proven track record of defining product vision and strategy for customer-facing digital products. • Ability to bridge business and technology with hands-on technical experience in Next.js (React.js). • Strong background in UI/UX concepts, web application architecture, and modern development practices. • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; data-driven decision making. Nice to Have • Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or high-growth tech environments. • Knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, and performance monitoring tools. • Exposure to Agile/Scrum product development methodologies. • MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Education • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
