We are seeking a high-performing, self-motivated individual who is driven by building exceptional products and services for our clients and taking these to market. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to come in and own, develop and manage a number of our products used by some of the biggest brands across the world.
What does the role involve?
β’ End to end product management and an element ownership of part of IPIβs product suite. Leading the ongoing productization, collateral, commercial model, and roadmap of our innovative solutions.
β’ Primary interface for liaison with vendor partner(s) and other entities required to fulfil the role.
β’ Support go to market teams to develop and drive direct and channel business to enable the acceleration of market penetration.
β’ Drive adoption and enablement across multiple departments, stakeholders, and end customers.
β’ Provide product knowledge and expertise to sales and pre-sales for customer engagements where IPI products are being promoted. Including presentations and demoβs.
β’ Work closely with marketing to manage the creation of product materials required including brochureware, sales support documents, videos, user guides and roadmaps.
β’ Work closely with our T&E and marketing teams to ensure internal skills and customer product collateral are kept up to date on the latest product developments.
β’ Maintain competitor analysis and engage with clients and industry analysts to ensure IPI products stay relevant through feature development and ongoing commercial modelling.
β’ Identify and qualify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, working with the sales teams to grow revenue from existing customers.
You will have the following skills and attributes:
β’ Background or experience from one of the following; e-Commerce, Contact Centre, SaaS product experience and knowledge of associated technologies. A sound understanding of Cloud services would be advantageous.
β’ Experience in end-to-end product management from inception, development, testing, launch to ongoing roadmap and management.

β’ Proven ability to be an assertive problem-solver and proactive relationship manager who can respond quickly to customer needs and anticipate issues and resolve these in advance wherever possible.
β’ Willingness and ability to travel, in the both the UK and internationally, to support colleagues, visit customers, partners and attend events.
