Role description
People2people are recruiting for a Product Marketing Executive to join a fast-growing consumer brand. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, product positioning, and content creation. You will play a key role in launching and promoting innovative products, driving awareness, and ensuring the brand resonates with target audiences across multiple channels.

About You
โข Proven experience in product marketing and content creation, ideally within consumer goods or e-commerce (fashion would be particularly advantageous but not essential).
โข Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
โข Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing best practices, and performance tracking.
โข Experience coordinating with creative partners (designers, agencies, UGC creators).
โข Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing
โข Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and unique selling points tailored to target audiences.
โข Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and re-launches, including channel strategy, sales enablement, and launch communications.
โข Collaborate with e-commerce teams to translate product details into customer-focused messaging.
โข Conduct competitive research, track industry trends, and gather customer insights to refine positioning.
โข Support the creation of demo scripts, case studies, and webinar content to drive product adoption.
Content Strategy & Creation
โข Build and manage a content calendar aligned with product milestones, seasonal campaigns, and SEO goals.
โข Write, edit, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms, including blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, and social channels.
โข Manage third-party contractors and creators (PR, photography, videography, UGC) to deliver high-quality campaign content.
โข Optimise content for both SEO performance and conversion.
โข Partner with design to deliver visually compelling marketing assets.
Performance & Measurement
โข Track and report on campaign and content performance, using insights to refine strategy.
โข Contribute to setting and evaluating KPIs around engagement, lead generation, and campaign impact.
