Product Merchandising Specialist – Product Data FLSA Status: Exempt JOB SUMMARY The Product Merchandising Specialist – Product Data is responsible for creating, managing, and enhancing product data for Boelter/Eleven36’s websites using the company’s Product Information Management (PIM) system. This role requires the ability to accurately manipulate and upload product data to build new products, enrich existing attributes, and support data improvements across the Boelter/Eleven36 Enterprise. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in e-commerce product data management. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Work Experience: • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce product data management (internship experience considered). • Previous e-commerce and data management experience preferred. Technical Skills: • Strong PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). • Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems (Akeneo  preferred). • Skilled in managing and manipulating large datasets with accuracy. • Proven ability to analyze results, recommend improvements, and identify opportunities. Other Requirements: • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. Physical Requirements: • Visual and hearing ability to perform job-related functions. • Dexterity to operate a computer keyboard. • Office environment: minimal travel required. Learning Curve: • Time to proficiency at Eleven36: 1–2 months. Areas of Responsibility I. Eleven36 Product Assortment and Maintenance (65%) • Create new products and enhance attributes for Eleven36’s product assortment. • Gather and coordinate product content, attributes, and assets for new and existing items. • Review manufacturer data, product literature, and competitor information to improve content across marketing channels. • Ensure accuracy, functionality, and completeness of product attributes and web pages. • Identify opportunities for product content standardization. • Conduct pricing analysis and assist Category Managers with promotional follow-ups. II. Shop Boelter Product Assortment and Maintenance (25%) • Enhance attributes for Shop Boelter products. • Gather and coordinate missing product content, attributes, and assets. • Review and correct manufacturer and competitor data for errors, omissions, and accuracy. • Ensure web functionality and product attribute consistency. • Support Category Managers with promotional follow-ups. III. Team and Professional Development (10%) • Participate in trade shows and in-person team meetings as needed. • Attend training sessions related to eCommerce and multi-channel operations. • Pursue professional development opportunities as available. • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
