I am partnering with a cutting-edge apparel startup to find an exceptional Product Operations Manager to own the full-cycle execution of supply chain operations. Backed by some of the most prominent VC's in LA, plus investment from other notable public figures, the company has been growing significantly and continuing to scale
Role & Responsibilities:
β’ Manage the end-to-end apparel product lifecycle: from conceptualization and sampling, through supply chain and production, to launch and delivery.
β’ Build and scale supply chain operations, including sourcing suppliers, managing factory and warehouse relationships, and overseeing fulfillment.
β’ Implement and optimize inventory management, warehouse systems, and operational processes to drive scalability.
β’ Source, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts, including pricing, payments, and timelines with factory leaders and suppliers.
β’ Partner with leadership to improve product development workflows, ensuring speed-to-market and quality control.
β’ Support the creation of a product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning operational capabilities with business goals.
β’ Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
Skills / Experience Needed:
β’ 5+ years of product operations experience in Apparel, eCommerce, or D2C businesses.
β’ Deep knowledge of manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain operations within apparel.
β’ Demonstrated success in building and scaling supply chain operations for a fast-growing apparel brand.
β’ Proven ability to source and negotiate with suppliers, managing both offshore and onshore manufacturing relationships.
β’ Strong experience with warehouse and fulfillment operations, including warehouse management systems, logistics platforms, and inventory control.
β’ Track record of scaling eCommerce platforms/products from early stage through delivery and growth.
β’ Hands-on experience driving product strategy and delivery for apparel and/or home goods.
β’ Exceptional relationship-building skills with factories, warehouses, and vendors.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree required; advanced degree a plus.
