β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, managing expectations, and soliciting feedback to iterate and refine product features.
β’ Conduct research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to the complex world of repair management.
β’ Alongside tracking progress against OKRs, define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of product enhancements, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
β’ Immerse yourself in our business processes and distil clarity from complex as-is processes to design the to-be future state.
β’ Become a subject-matter expert on the product and its users and develop trusted opinions to support the product evolution.
β’ Drive ways of working improvements and foster a great working environment.
Knowledge and Expertise
β’ Proven track record in Growth-related product management roles, with a focus on designing and launching innovative products through data-driven product development.
β’ Comfortable with complex backend and frontend systems and supporting the engineers to create scalable technical solutions.
β’ Able to understand strategic priorities for the business and subsequently assess opportunities and challenges for the squad.
β’ Excellent communication skills, with experience and level of comfort in presenting to senior leaders, and capable of inspiring teams and stakeholders.
β’ Agile and adaptable, comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
β’ Demonstrable experience in delivering value from the products that the team produce β linking back to OKRs and wider business objectives.
