Job Title: Product Owner Ecommerce & CMS Location : Remote Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Ecommerce platforms and Content Management Systems (CMS). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver innovative digital solutions that drive customer engagement, improve business operations, and support the company s digital transformation goals. Job Description: • Own the product backlog, define user stories, and prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality Ecommerce and CMS solutions. • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications and clear acceptance criteria. • Drive the development and enhancement of Ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and CMS solutions (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, WordPress). • Monitor industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies to ensure the product remains innovative and competitive. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) as part of the Scrum team. • Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining high standards of performance, security, and user experience. • Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring alignment of product goals with business objectives. • Define KPIs and measure product success to inform continuous improvement. Key Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in Ecommerce and CMS projects. • Strong understanding of Ecommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.) and CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress). • Solid experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and managing product backlogs. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
