Role description
Weβre seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Product Owner to lead the vision, development, and optimization of mobile and web-based digital products. In this role, youβll own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. Driving measurable business value, enhancing customer experiences, and aligning with key organizational goals. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration across technical and business teams.
Core Responsibilities:
β’ Drive the product strategy and roadmap for both mobile and web platforms, aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
β’ Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user engagement.
β’ Conduct ongoing market research, user feedback sessions, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
β’ Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring the prioritization of features that support business outcomes.
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, engineers, analysts, and external stakeholders to deliver intuitive and scalable digital experiences.
β’ Work closely with Scrum teams to define user stories, set sprint goals, and maintain momentum in Agile delivery.
β’ Translate high-level business needs into detailed product specifications and clear requirements.
β’ Lead and support A/B testing, experimentation, and data analysis to iterate on product functionality and design.
β’ Present product updates, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
β’ Identify and implement personalization, automation, and conversion optimization opportunities.
β’ Ensure products meet defined KPIs across performance, usability, and revenue targets.
β’ Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, as applicable.
β’ Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
β’ 5+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, or IoT environments.
β’ Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Lean product development practices.
β’ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex product initiatives.
β’ Experience with analytics and experimentation tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present to leadership.
β’ Comfortable translating strategic goals into actionable plans and user experiences.
