REPORTS TO: Director of Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Summary The Product & Web Merchandiser supports the Director of Ecommerce & Digital Marketing in managing the French Connection USA website. Responsibilities: Manage product lifecycle & merchandise product on the French Connection USA website via Shopify platform. Collaborate on marketing emails strategy & manage all email delivery via Bloomreach. Create weekly and monthly email performance recap for Ecommerce Trade reporting. Collaborate on email marketing calendar. Work closely with Planning & Marketing teams for product launches and promotions. Assist with digital content requests as needed for site and digital marketing. Work closely with UK Ecommerce team re: site updates, improvement requests, etc. 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce merchandising or marketing, along with general knowledge of the fashion industry. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Fashion Business, or a related field. Experience with Shopify Plus is required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Soft design skills and experience with Canva, Photoshop or related program. Excellent verbal, written communication skills, along with strong organizational and time management skills. Proactive, enthusiastic and flexible nature with the ability to recognize and react to changing work demands. Proficient knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
