Job Title: Program Coordinator – Accessories Digital Solutions
Location: On-Site (Minneapolis, MN)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–5/9–6 with lunch break
Employment Type: 12+ months contract role
Rate: $35 to $37/hr on W2
Summary
• The main function of a Program Coordinator – Accessories Digital Solutions is to plan, direct, and coordinate activities in areas such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, product rollouts, or other non-IT projects.
• As an Program Coordinator – Accessories Digital Solutions, you will support participating dealers and distribution networks, serving as the primary contact for program support, training, and issue resolution.
Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings.
• Recruit employees, assign and evaluate work, and oversee staff development as needed.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
• Serve as a liaison between dealers, distributors, and the ADS team.
• Perform program enrollments with dealers.
• Provide support and training on the ADS platform.
• Act as subject matter expert (SME) on the ADS program and platform.
• Resolve B2B and B2C order issues as needed.
• Monitor and improve order fulfillment metrics for ecommerce orders.
• Assist field teams with program education and awareness.
Skills & Qualifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and distribution methods.
• Knowledge of business and management principles in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
• Ability to communicate clearly in both written and oral formats.
• Skilled at guiding users remotely without face-to-face interaction.
• Ability to frame issues clearly with actionable conclusions and recommendations.
• Prior dealership and automotive experience preferred.
• CRM or account management experience preferred.
• Experience with WebEx and remote desktop tools preferred.
Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• 0–2 years of project management experience required.
