Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee large eCommerce transformation programmes from initiation to delivery.
• Develop program governance structures, delivery roadmaps, and risk management frameworks.
• Manage multiple project streams (Magento, mobile apps, integrations) ensuring coordination and dependency management.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, product managers, technical leads, and vendors to align program objectives.
• Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and financial tracking.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality digital products aligned with customer experience goals.
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimise delivery processes, technology adoption, and business value realisation.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance delivery culture across internal and external teams. Essential Skills & Experience
• 15+ years of program/project management experience, with significant exposure to eCommerce transformation.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Magento Commerce platform delivery.
• Proven experience in delivering native Android & iOS mobile applications.
• Strong track record managing multi-million-dollar programs and large cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Solid understanding of digital commerce ecosystems, integrations, and cloud-based architectures.
• Strong vendor and partner management experience. Preferred Qualifications
• PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification.
• Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master).
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, or digital marketplace environments. Work Environment This is a client-facing role with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite to foster collaboration and effective stakeholder engagement. Remaining days can be remote, subject to client agreement.
