Payrate: $65.00 - $69.00/hr. Summary: Reality Labs is seeking a Campaign Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end campaign programming and management of the Company Quest App Store. You would have a demonstrated understanding of ecommerce and pricing/discount/merchandising strategies, an interest in digital apps and games, and a strong operational and analytical sense. We’re looking for someone with systems thinking who can also roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Candidates should have the proven ability to work quickly under pressure, meet hard deadlines and work collaboratively with cross functional and global partners alike. Responsibilities: • Support merchandising campaigns across global markets to achieve monetization and engagement goals • Support business goals through effective site personalization, curation and execution of marketing and commerce strategies & programs • Work with team leads, product managers, data scientists and engineers to execute campaign elements • Report, analyze and iterate campaigns based on results/outcomes • Create and manage aspects of monetization campaigns, including: asset creation, price negotiations, exchange-rate management, campaign localization, and more. Qualifications: • 2+ years of project or program management with a focus on ecommerce • 2+ years’ experience designing or working within a content management system • (CMS) • Experience in go-to-market planning and execution across online channels • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving team execution • Self-starter with confidence in initiating and driving projects to completion with • minimal guidance • Analytical and problem-solving experience • Have a strong interest in VR content, culture, and future. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $65.00- $69.00/hr.
